 Bialy & Lox Breakfast Sandwich

A grilled bialy (A Polish delight similar to a bagel that has only been baked and has a sweet onion filled center) filled with whipped cream cheese, spinach, smoked salmon, sliced heirloom tomato, red onion, a fried egg, garnished with fresh dill.  Served with your choice of home fries, baked beans or black beans.  $9.95

 Almond Joy Breakfast Bowl

A nutritious bowl of slow-cooked steel cut oats blended with cocoa powder and topped with dark chocolate shavings, shredded toasted coconut, almonds and a coconut milk drizzle. $8.95

 Blueberry Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

Two wheat buttermilk pancakes filled with tangy lemon zest, blueberries and poppy seeds. Topped with a lemon-sugar glaze and more poppy seeds. $9.95

Bended arugula and spinach topped with heirloom tomato wedges, fresh mozzarella curds, whole basil leaves and then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and light balsamic reduction. Served with grilled pita bread. $11.95

 Grilled Veggie Black Bean Quesadilla

A spinach tortilla filled and grilled with charred Portobello mushroom, onions, roasted red peppers, green
peppers, arugula, black beans, pesto and Vermont goat cheese. Served with a side salad.  $11.95

 Jalapeño Popper Burger

A half pound locally sourced burger stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos on a buttery brioche bun and a bed of arugula, then topped with monterey jack cheese and a cilantro-lime aioli. Served with coleslaw, pickle and hand-cut fries. $10.95
